I LIKE THIS!

If or when you notice depressing, anxious, worrisome or other negative thoughts trying to get your attention, pause for a few moments, take a few deep breaths, and remember what you like.

Be`ready for these negative thoughts. Take a few moments now to write down things you like. Replace the negative thought with the positive one. Say to yourself, silently or aloud, what you like. Think your positive thought or see the positive mental image and say: "I like this!"
